• Personalized news digests delivered daily
• Customizable categories, languages, and delivery times
• AI-generated summaries in various styles
• Article saving and archiving features
• Multi-language support (English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Trial: 7-day free trial with full access to all features
• Zesty: Monthly or annual subscription with email delivery
• Squeeze: Monthly or annual subscription with email and WhatsApp delivery

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial period:

• You have full access to all premium features
• No credit card is required to start the trial
• Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
• Only one trial per user is allowed

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6.2 User-Generated Content

If you provide feedback, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of improving our Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAVORA APPS OPC LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason we deem necessary

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
